Refund Policy for Character Planet LLC

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued by Character Planet LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey (“Character Planet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operating under the brand name “We Spend The Money.” By engaging in any purchase, subscription, agreement, or transaction with us, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds – Strict Policy

All sales are final.
Character Planet LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment is processed. This applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO services

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • Digital marketing consulting

  • Social media or brand management

  • Subscription plans or monthly retainers

  • Ad budget allocations

  • Creative content or deliverables

  • One-time or recurring service engagements

Payments made are non-refundable, and partial refunds will not be issued. Please ensure you have reviewed your proposal, scope, and expectations before making any payment.

2. No Guarantees of Results or Outcomes

Character Planet LLC provides digital marketing services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability, but we do not and cannot guarantee results. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • SEO performance, search engine rankings, and visibility may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Paid media results (e.g., ad spend ROI, cost-per-click) are affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Traffic, engagement, conversions, or sales outcomes depend on numerous third-party variables.

  • Results may take time and may fluctuate due to changes in algorithms, competition, and user behavior.

Marketing inherently carries risk. You accept that by working with us, you are investing in strategy and execution — not in a guaranteed outcome.

3. Strategic Flexibility and Discretionary Ad Spend

By entering into a business relationship with us, you authorize Character Planet LLC to use its professional discretion in:

  • Budget allocations across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

  • Choosing target audiences, creative approaches, or content strategies

  • Adjusting campaigns in real time for optimization

  • Selecting third-party tools or software deemed beneficial

All ad spend or SEO strategic investment is fluid and may differ from initial estimates or projections. You agree that this flexibility is necessary and beneficial to campaign performance and does not entitle you to a refund or credit of any kind.

4. Cancellations & Service Termination

You may request to cancel a service engagement or subscription at any time by writing to:

However:

  • Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles, not past payments.

  • Services already rendered or in progress will not be refunded or pro-rated.

  • Any remaining unused ad budget may still be utilized or allocated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Character Planet LLC reserves the right to terminate any client relationship if abusive, fraudulent, or non-cooperative behavior is detected. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are required to contact us directly with any concerns at admin@wespendthemoney.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks made without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Legal action to recover owed amounts

  • Reporting to collection agencies, if applicable

You agree not to initiate a chargeback unless there is proven fraud or total non-delivery of services, and you waive all rights to chargeback for dissatisfaction or delayed results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Character Planet LLC’s liability for any claim relating to services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice. The most current version is always available at:
