We are good judges of character and this VERY rarely comes up, unless we accidentally take on a low level person trying to get over on people in life. No refunds. This is because We Spend The Money spends a considerable amount of money and time on each project based on client needs. Here is our refund policy. If we refund that means not only did we work for free, but it costs us money on top of it because We Spend The Money. Any fraudulent charge backs or attempted theft of services will be met with litigation. We don’t need your money, so please don’t engage with us if you are trying to steal services, thank you.

Yes. We ask clients give us a realistic stretch budget, meaning if and when everything goes well, is it something you can afford to continue doing. We will help you grow, but we understand cash flow is a limitation. Because we aren’t desperate for the money, clients can downgrade, upgrade or cancel as they please. Our word to you is spending the money effectively, and getting you value and a result. Many clients have 10x their budgets since starting with us. Depends on your ambition level and the competition.

Flat rate pricing means we charge you one rate, and you get everything within that rate. This includes actual ad spend itself (in many cases), SEO, software, fraud blocking, management and a small profit. Our clients scale because our value proposition is transparent and easy to understand. You know exactly how much you are paying, and exactly what you are getting each month.
Yes, unless you are in an industry we haven’t serviced before, all ads are owned and serviced within We Spend The Money ad accounts. This allows the flat rate model to work, as you aren’t charged separately for each individual service. One master rate, to get everything. In rare circumstances we will manage ads inside of a client’s ad account and move to a fee based model, but we prefer having everything under one price for simplicity, scaling decisions and ultimately value we can provide our clients.
We can, and we are. We have powerful Google dedicated and shared servers, and an IT network admin who knows how to configure them. When you pay for retail hosting, you pay for both the hardware and the software, so you are charged a premium. With We Spend The Money, it can be included in your custom flat rate quote. Hosting is like air. If it’s working where you are, we recommend staying there, but if any downtime, or poor performance, we should consider fixing it.
Lower Tier:
On our lower $ tier plans, a website is included (at no additional cost) under your flat rate. This means the website is cancelled if you cancel.
Medium/Enterprise Tiers:
For clients who already own a website or paid separately for design, Yes, you keep your website; any pages created on your main website installation are yours to keep. We add custom HTML to each new piece of content we create on the backend as well, which is yours to keep. The ads, software, and/or hosting (or any paid service) would cease to function if they were owned and managed by We Spend The Money, as they are hard costs to us, the agency. Without payment, we can’t keep active advertising running. This means whether you are a client for 1 month or 11 years, you will have made more money along the journey, and had many more assets that you own and are yours to keep. We’ve received video testimonials from clients AFTER canceling (hired their niece), because we do right by people and leave businesses better off having been with us, than not.
Because everything is under one flat rate, including the actual ad spend from various platforms, the overall spend will have to appear greater.
